Java Before going to know java we will first know the how java was invented. The developers James Gosling,    Patrick Naughton  and   Mike Sheridan started working on project in 1991 and they name it as the oak(oak is the tree name). After they named it green and then finally named is as Java(Name based the coffee) under sun micro system. The first version of Java 1.0 was released in 1996. What is Java? Java is the programming language which is used to develop software and web apps, etc which is portable, robust and secure language. Due these features java is popular we can write code and run on any platform.
